Red Letter Day

This is for those who want to show support for Tibet in a tangible way - Are you comfortable? Are you well fed? Are you able to practice your religion? Are you able to travel freely? Can you talk to whomever you feel like? About what you feel like? Do you want to have a say about the lack of basic human rights in Tibet? Here's what we can do: Take a candle, grab a couple of friends and go next Saturday, 23 August, at 9 p.m to stand in front of a Chinese embassy.

THE ADDRESS FOR THE CHINESE EMBASSY

IN CAPE TOWN IS:

25,RHODES AVENUE,

NEWLANDS

YOU WILL NOT BE ALONE. There's a full worldwide list of embassy addresses at: http://www.candle4tibet.org/en/emb LET'S NOT LET TIBET BE FORGOTTEN Invite your friends Read more here - Candle4Tibet.org THIS Saturday, people. Who knows, we may even meet each other face-to-face there. . . Maybe we should get T-shirts with "Bloggers for Tibet" or something like that? What do ya think? We can make a difference - in a small way perhaps - but if enough people show they care, who knows. . . .? After all, who ever thought that the Berlin Wall would come down; that Communism in the USSR would crumble; that apartheid would be a thing of the past? So let's work with what we have and see what happens See you there!
