Random and Weird

That is the demand for this tag: List 7 random and weird things about yourself. Thanks, Jo. :-) I usually try hard NOT to think about those things But ok, let me try to dredge up some ideas (If need be, I can always call in some help. I guess my family would be only too pleased to offer suggestions) 1. I think I have tracked down why I love blogging. Ok, I know that is not the question - but this is REALLY important - bloggers are always agonizing over this. Maybe I have THE answer. I blog because I love writing but can't be asked to deal with the hassle of looking for publishers and all that stuff. With blogging, it's instant gratification: I write, you read. Voila! We're all happy No sweat. (Tortured Writer, take note. I may have made a way for you to escape your tortured state) OK, now you know one random thing about me - it's in there somewhere if you look. 2. The stats about my family are weird: DH and I have been married 32 years (ok, thats not weird but it is a feat!); my husband is 8 years younger than I am;

my younger son is only 12 years older than my eldest grandchild; my eldest son-in-law is only 7 years younger than my husband. That should fry your brain for a while :-) 3. I was concussed in a riding accident when I was in Std 9 (Grade 11) and wasn't allowed to read or write for a couple of months. I was the envy of the entire class. 4. Oh ja, once in high school, I fell asleep on my desk - I mean, FAST asleep. It was summer and really hot; insects were buzzing lazily outside the classroom window; boring boring boring history lesson inside The history teacher was a Welsh woman, with that accent that ebbs and flows in soothing waves. What chance did I have?! Like all the best comic scenarios - I woke to the 'drool puddle' How many more do I have to do? REALLY? 5. Oh - I know! This is freaky by today's standards. I had all four my children by natural birth. And my bladder works just fine 6. I dream in colour. 7. All my children are smarter than I am
