Update

Sorry I've taken so long for an update - lots going on here. The news is not good, I'm afraid. The lad is alive but on life support: apparently he was dead for about 15 mins and there is thus much brain damage. His mom, dad and younger brother are on their way to the UK today. One of the things I'm praying, is that she will not be placed in the unthinkable position of having to decide whether or not to take him off the life support. Most of us are Moms (or Dads) - our minds reel at the horror of that thought! There are other complications: some family memebers are now battling overwhelming guilt. It just comes with the territory with a suicide. Dreadful! While there is life there is hope: miracles still do happen. Whether or not we will see one here, one thing is for sure - this family sure could use all the prayers they can get. So - I am deeply grateful for all the prayer support you guys have been giving Please don't stop yet.

Will keep praying Lynette, however having worked in a brain injury unit, I know this is not good news! I really feel for his family right now. The decision to discontinue life support will be based on how little brain activity there is... in the end, it is quite a cut and dry decision to turn off, but never easy, especially for loved ones!
Big hugs -x-
