Dolphins!

Never before and probably never again. What a sight! View from the deck - a massive school of fish in the bay with - wait for it - hundreds and hundreds of dolphins all around the perimeter. They were in a feeding frenzy, leaping and diving everywhere. They seemed to be herding the fish so the sea was all churned up - it looked as though it was boiling. DH and I spent ages watching them through the telescope. Awesome. I wished everyone could have been magically transported to our deck to share it with us. I was longing to get a video clip but DH said it wouldn't show up well. But the sight is emblazoned in my memory.

Brilliant. The video would have been one colour but we could have appreciated the movement. You lucky fish ;)
