The house's main claim to fame is its situation on the mountainside with its stunning view of the valley and the bay.
So - they're probably not gunna love it.

Oh, makes me miss the Cape SO much. Even more now that the DA got the majority vote!
I would be able to live with an awesome view like that:)
Stunning view - I would also not want to loose it.
