Addicted?

Thanks so much, Kirsty, for the award (and the very cool comments. Blush) For any of you that have not yet visited her spot, she is one of the funniest people I have ever "met". Do yourselves a favour and go there. I like the idea of Sisterhood (with a nod in the direction of any male readers ;-) Perhaps its a hangover from 'the cool kids at school' syndrome Or like the Project Runway wannabees, wanting to be "IN". Whatever - As is my custom, I will be bucking the system about passing on this award. Partly because I follow relatively few blogs - and partly because some systems just beg to be bucked. I am about to be inducted into the "I have watched "Twilight" " group. At the insistence of DD2, Mel - Who is fascinated with the series and wants me to be too. The dvd is on my table awaiting a moment when DH -(who has been darn sick for the last few days with another tummy bug :-((( - is willing. I will trade on his weakened state. Shamelessly. Am hoping this series not going to be another of those things that will draw me into a quasi- addictive state (like FB and blogging) By the way, why is it that stuff like exercise and sensible eating do not have this quality? Think how easy life would be if the things we know we should do, became "quasi-addictive" Ok, I have descended into rambling So, I'm off Enjoy Ma's Day, all you Ma's

Very interested to know what you think about this! I have not read the books nor watched the movies...somehow the whole idea about vampires gives me the creeps!
