Fire Update
A quick Sunday update on yesterday's post -
The house is completely gutted but the paintwork on the walls is pristine and - just look at the roses!
They are blooming away as if nothing had happened.
Go figger!
Haven't heard yet but I will - We are a very inter-meshed community, mainly because of a two-way radio connected, very active neighbourhood watch. So I am confidant that all the news will eventually filter through to me.
And yes, I agree - I was amazed at how good the remaining structure looked

Do they know what started the fire? Incredible that the mainframe is still standing.

Sjoe...this must have caused so much heartache...a fire takes such a lot of precious things that cannot be replaced.
